With little to no running events in the immediate future – this is the time to announce the inaugural BRS 10k CHAMPS on Saturday 12th September!
This 9 week program is designed to improve your fitness, strength, speed and mobility to push for a fast 10k.
give you some direction and purpose during these uncertain times and have celebrate the journey with your BRS buddies at the end of the 10 weeks.
The cost of the program includes a post champs breakfast too!
