WHAT DO WE DO?
Each session has one or more of our run leads guiding you through the session. Our sessions include a run and stretch warm up, the main set/s, and cool down run and stretch. We concentrate on building strength, speed, endurance, confidence and having fun!
We think everybody should enjoy running, so we make our environment welcoming to all levels of runners, beginners just starting out, social runners wanting to run and chat, or runners striving for new PBs!
WE LOVE EXPERIENCES
We have our yearly favourite running events like the Gold Coast Marathon Festival and the South East QLD Trail Series, but we are always on the look out for new events and adventures to keep our runners challenged and experiencing new things. BRS Events such as On Tour, Obstacle Course Training and Urban Orienteering are just a few examples of the variety of experiences and training we offer. Got an idea for an event? WE GET TO KNOW YOU
Knowing you better helps us to ensure you get the most out of your sessions and what you want from running. We have regular social dinners, membership evenings, Saturday coffees, BRS birthdays, and many a party.
