Direct Debit - Monthly Unlmited Sessions Covers unlimited main squad sessions for the calendar month. Fees are debited on either the 1st or 15th of each month. Administration fees are on top of the monthly fee and include initial set-up fee $3.30, monthly admin fee $1.95 for bank account debits and $4.70 for credit card. |
